Educational ERP
This ERP s/w will deal with mainly educational institutions, may it be school, college
or any other type of training institution.
The modules covered in this application are
Courses
For schools – It will deal with maintaining data about the no. of standards e.g.
Playgroup, nursery, Jr. Kg, Sr. Kg, 1st….. 10th,.. 12th , divisions per standard,
subjects taught per standard, # students per standard, etc.
For colleges – it will deal with streams e.g. 11th &12th SC, Commerce, BCS, BBA,
MCS…March, BE mech, BE comp etc.
For training institutes – similar to colleges but they can different vocational
courses e.g. Java, .net,…personality development, GRE preparation… etc
Staff
This module will deal with maintaining the detailed data about staff (teaching as
well as non-teaching) e.g. Personal details like name address, contact number, link
to resume, qualification, which courses/standards he/she will teach. The class and
timing of the lecture will be stored in this database but entered by administrator.
Administration
This module will deal with activities like maintaining attendance of staff as well
students, resource allocation i.e. time table scheduling and assigning the time
slots to the staff members(resource allocation) , Fees and dues- entering data about
payments and based on that generating data about dues. Should also be able to generate
warning notice for that person if required. It will also deal with sell and collection
of new application forms The authorized administration module user will be able
to prepare notice and print the same for display, we can provide link to word processor
through this so that user doesn’t need to close ERP and then open the word processor.
Students
Admissions details, attendance, maintaining exam results, data about co-curricular
activities of each student, special remarks by teachers if any.
Extra curricular exams
Schedule, Applications, Attendance and Results.
Results
This module will aid the teachers in recording results of all the exams and generate
report cards or even analytical reports for each class as well as standards and
for the whole school.
Library
Database of books including date of purchase and price, new additions and lost books,
issuance record. We can include generation of barcode or books.
Accounts
This module will deal with other accounting details like daily transactions, maintaining
registers like petty cash, withdrawal, Income, salary calculations of all the staff
(teaching & non teaching) members and generate periodic accounting reports needed
by the government.
Other suppliers
This module will deal with maintaining data about other suppliers of institution
like canteen, stationary store, bus service, uniforms and shoes supplier, etc. Along
with their name & contact info it will maintain data about the rates, availability
of stock etc, so that school authorities can have good control over them and thus
avoid any tribulations of parents and student’s by them.
Website integration
This will be integrated with the website thus the school authorities can publish
news, results, any special comments, notices or emergency reports for the convenience
of the parents. This will be an important feature especially in these turbulent
days where schools have to close down due to emergencies without prior intimation
and putting such news on website will reduce the constant busy line in school as
well as tensions of parents who had already sent their kids to school.
Online training
The colleges can have Online training facility to help students who cannot attend
college everyday, but wants to pursue the degree/course. This can be done through
